Delivery policy
Halden delivers to the United Kingdom. Delivery is free and fully tracked on every order, with no minimum spend and nothing added at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then usually takes 5 to 9 working days.
Where we deliver
Our UK site delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We cannot send UK orders to an address outside the UK. If you live elsewhere and want to know when that changes, write to us.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed from the next working day.
Delivery times are the courier’s usual times, not a fixed date. Bad weather, bank holidays and busy periods can add a day or two. If your order has not arrived within 9 working days of dispatch, write to us and we will chase the courier for you.
Tracking
Every order is fully tracked. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take a day for the first scan to show.
You can follow your parcel at any time on our track order page. If you have not had a tracking email within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Wrong or incomplete address
If you spot a mistake in your address, email [email protected] straight away with your order number. We can correct it at any point before your order ships.
Once a parcel is moving, we cannot change the address ourselves, but we will help you sort it out with the courier. If the parcel comes back to us, we send it again or refund you in full.
Lost or damaged parcels
If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, or it arrives damaged, you choose: we send a replacement, or we refund you in full.
Photos of any damage to the box help us claim from the courier. Your replacement or refund never waits for that claim. Please keep the box until you are happy everything works, as it is the easiest way to send anything back.
Missing parts
Your Halden Duo 4K comes with the rear camera, the hardwire kit and all the fitting parts listed on the product page. If anything is missing, email us with your order number and a photo of the box contents. We send the missing part free of charge.
