What the stages mean
From us to your door

Shipped
Packed and handed to the courier. Your tracking number is emailed at this point, and it can take a little while to go live.
- 02
On its way
Moving between sorting depots. Updates arrive in bursts, so a quiet day in the middle is normal.
- 03
Out for delivery
Out with the driver, near you. It should reach you before the end of the day.
- 04
Delivered
Left with you, with a neighbour, or in a safe place, depending on the courier’s rules for your address. Keep the box.
If it stalls, we follow it up, not you
If it goes quiet for more than a few days, tell us. We open the claim with the courier ourselves. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you choose: a replacement, or a full refund.
